Nour Hanbali is a governance, project management, and strategic planning professional with over 12 years of experience across international NGOs, UN agencies, USAID-funded programmes, and the higher education sector. She brings strong expertise in programme coordination, strategy development, fundraising, donor relations, partnership building, community engagement, and team management. Her experience spans local governance, public policy, community development, higher education, and digital innovation, enabling her to lead and execute complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable results.

Currently, Noor serves as the Program Coordinator for Online GATE at the German Jordanian University, the first fully digital study programme accredited through a German partner university. In this role, she leads coordination efforts, supports digital transformation processes, maintains international cooperation, and ensures high-quality academic delivery across a pioneering online education model.

As a trainer, Noor offers valuable practical expertise in project management, strategic planning, proposal writing, fundraising, donor engagement, institutional development, and professional skills enhancement.
