UniHouse Jordan operates as the exclusive licensee of the Ostathi™ trademark within Jordan, pursuant to authorization granted by UniHouse Global Ltd, the trademark proprietor registered in the United Kingdom under Trademark Registration Number UK00004100389, Intellectual Property Office, United Kingdom.
Accordingly, UniHouse Jordan is the sole legally authorized entity responsible for the administration, representation, and enforcement of all matters concerning the Ostathi™ platform in Jordan.
Any legal references, claims, disputes, or official communications concerning Ostathi’s presence or operations within Jordan must therefore be directed to UniHouse Jordan, which serves as the legal representative and point of contact for Ostathi™ in the jurisdiction of Jordan.

Welcome to OSTATHI Platform ("we,” "us,” "our” or "platform”), a secure and interactive online educational platform based in Amman, Jordan. - Financial Information: We collect payment details during transactions, as well as digital wallet or bank account information to process withdrawals for instructors and refunds for learners.

However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you select to use certain products or services available on the Site. - Compliance: To meet legal obligations, ensure safety and rights of users and the OSTATHI Platform, and support internal processes for monitoring, evaluation, and performance assessment, including manual reviews of payments and withdrawals.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: We record sessions and monitor user activity for quality assurance, compliance with our terms, and to provide evidence for dispute resolution. This includes analyzing recordings for non-compliant behavior and verifying lesson delivery.
- Dispute Resolution: Data, including communication logs, session recordings, and submitted evidence, is used to investigate and resolve disputes between users, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
