Inam Ibrahim

Ina’m Shakhatreh is a professional trainer, facilitator, and coach with more than 14 years of experience across humanitarian, educational, and training sectors. Holding a Master’s degree in English Literature and Criticism from Yarmouk University, she has combined academic excellence with practical field expertise in building the skills and capacities of diverse teams worldwide.

She is a certified coach and trainer, having delivered more than 7 coaching skills workshops and 150 individual coaching sessions, supporting managers and professionals in resilience, leadership, and self-development. As a facilitator with the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN), she designed and led negotiation workshops, role-playing exercises, and coaching sessions that enhanced participants’ conflict-resolution and advocacy skills. Her training portfolio also includes leading MCP training projects for emergency and medical frontliners in Iraq, supporting INGOs with staff capacity development, and contributing to organizational strategies for MSF and Islamic Relief.

Beyond humanitarian training, Ina’m has extensive academic and language teaching experience. She served as an English Instructor at Jerash University, where she taught literature and criticism, and later became Head of the English & Training Department at Binary System Company, designing tailored corporate training programs. She also taught Arabic as a foreign language at Mary Baldwin College (USA) and trained international staff at INGOs, equipping them with Arabic skills for professional communication in diverse operational contexts.

Fluent in Arabic and English (C2) with limited knowledge of French, Ina’m excels at designing inclusive learning experiences that combine academic rigor with practical application. She is expert in preparing students for TOEFL, IELTS, and Advanced English Tawjihi curriculum.
