Mohammad Shahin

I graduated in June 1993 with a degree in nursing from Jordan University, and I continued my master's degree in July 2016 in international management/health system management from Liverpool University in the UK. Additionally, I have completed all the requirement for PhD in Management/Human Resources in Oct-2024 from Multimedia University in Malaysia.
Currently, I’m working in several academies for Education and Scientific Research as a trainer for management courses, in addition to sharing in planning and performing research, writing published papers, crafting research proposals and coaching joiner staff. However, throughout my career journey, particularly as a Director of Clinical Health in King AbdulazizHospital in the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs in Saudi Arabia from 2002 to 2021, I have been recognized for leading education activities such as courses, workshops, and academic conferences in MNGHA. These activities are mainly involved in management, leadership, human resources, quality, and health. I also have been involved in corporate committees (e.g., staff well-being, employee retention, improving leadership, high-reliability organization, etc.), in addition to research activities that are related to health management (e.g., patient satisfaction, patient length of stay, staff leadership, managing in a multicultural context, health research, etc.). Therefore, I look forward to applying my extensive experience and analytical skills from a well-established organization to your esteemed company.
