If you received an email saying your order was cancelled, it means the payment process was not completed within the allowed time.
This can happen in the following cases:
- Digital Wallet (CliQ):
You selected Digital Wallet (CliQ) as your payment method and were asked to either scan a QR code or approve a "Request to Pay” in your bank or wallet app.
If this step is not completed within 24 hours, the system automatically cancels the order.
- Card Payment:
You selected card payment and were redirected to the payment gateway, but closed the page or exited the process without entering your card details or completing the payment.
If the payment is not completed within the allowed time window, the order is automatically cancelled.
In both cases, no payment is deducted, and your order is simply voided.
If you still wish to book the class, you can repeat the booking process and complete the payment on time through CliQ or another available payment method.
