When teaching Learners under the age of 18 ("minors") on Ostathi, you are required to strictly adhere to our comprehensive Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy. This policy outlines clear expectations and obligations to ensure a secure, professional, and appropriate online environment for children, in alignment with Jordanian laws and international best practices.

Key rules and Instructor obligations include:

1. Safeguarding Standards for Interactions:

Exclusive On-Platform Lessons: All lessons involving minors must be conducted exclusively through Ostathi’s online platform, using officially provided tools that allow secure session management, real-time monitoring, and recording.
Strict No Off-Platform Contact: One-on-one contact with minors outside the Ostathi Platform is strictly prohibited. You may not communicate through personal messaging apps, social media, or any other channel outside the approved Ostathi system unless you have prior written approval.
Appropriate Conduct: In all interactions with minors, you must use appropriate and respectful language at all times.
No Personal Information Exchange: Avoid sharing, requesting, or storing any personal contact information (e.g., phone number, email, WhatsApp, social media) with minors, unless necessary and with prior written approval.
Professional Environment: Maintain professional audio/visual settings and refrain from displaying any inappropriate or distracting content during sessions.

2. Instructor Obligations:

Familiarization & Compliance: You must familiarize yourself with this policy and fully comply with all its standards.
Consent to Monitoring & Recording: You consent to session monitoring and lesson recording by the platform.
No External Recording Sharing: Refrain from saving, distributing, or sharing lesson recordings outside the Ostathi system.
Reporting Suspected Incidents: Any suspected incident of child abuse, exploitation, inappropriate behavior from learners, or potential endangerment must be immediately reported to: support@ostathi.com.jo

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Ostathi reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account suspected of violating these safeguarding rules, with or without prior notice. By accepting the Terms and using the Ostathi Platform, all users acknowledge their understanding of and agreement with this Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy.
