Payment Implications: Payments for sessions that are subject to a complaint or quality issue may be temporarily paused and could be withheld if found non-compliant.
Administrative Review: Issues related to the quality of your training or tutoring can lead to an administrative review.
Account Action: In serious cases, or if issues persist despite warnings, your account may be subject to suspension or deactivation from the Ostathi platform.
