If you haven't received payment for a specific class, there are several common reasons to check:
Session Not Yet Completed/Verified: Earnings for a session become available in your wallet only after it is successfully completed and the dispute period has passed. If the session was recently finished, it might still be in this processing phase.
Session Under Dispute: The payment for a session will be automatically paused and not released to you if it is currently under dispute, reported by a Learner, until the issue is resolved. You should check your dashboard for any active disputes.
Withdrawal Not Initiated: Payments are not automatically disbursed after each session. You need to submit a "Withdrawal Request" through your dashboard for your earnings to be processed.
Withdrawal Limits/Requirements Not Met: Even if earnings from a specific class are available, you might not be able to withdraw if your total available balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal amount (e.g., 30 JD) or if you have exceeded the withdrawal frequency limit (e.g., once every 15 days).
