If you haven't received an expected payment, first check your Instructor Dashboard for any sessions that may have been flagged. Payments for sessions that are under dispute due to a complaint or quality issue are automatically paused and will not be released to you until the issue has been fully resolved. 

If there are no pending disputes or issues affecting your sessions, and your payment still hasn't arrived, please reach out to Ostathi's support team at support@ostathi.com.jo
