If you haven't received an expected payment, start by checking your Instructor Dashboard for any sessions that may be under dispute. Payments related to sessions that are flagged due to a complaint, attendance issue, or quality concern are automatically paused and will not be released until the issue has been fully resolved.
If there are no disputes affecting your sessions, please note that withdrawal requests are not processed instantly. After you submit a withdrawal request, it may take up to 7 working days for our team to review and process it.
If more than 7 working days have passed since you submitted your withdrawal request, and there are no disputes or pending issues shown on your dashboard, please contact Ostathi’s support team at support@ostathi.com.jo for further assistance.
