Ostathi Payment Info

Ostathi’s payment system is based on an Instructor-initiated withdrawal request. After a session is successfully completed and the dispute period has passed, the earnings (minus the platform fee) become available in your Ostathi wallet. You can then submit a "Withdrawal Request" through your dashboard. The Admin team must manually approve each withdrawal request. Once approved, the payment is automatically processed to your registered bank account or digital wallet.

When You Receive Payments: Earnings become available in your wallet after successful session completion and the dispute period. You can then request a withdrawal, subject to the following requirements:

Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Your available balance must meet a minimum threshold before you can request a payout (e.g., 30 JOD).
Withdrawal Frequency Limit: You can only make a withdrawal request once every set period (e.g., once every 15 days).
